To make a complaint or get a product exchanged please follow the steps below:
1. On finding any wrong or damaged product delivered to you please instantly hand it over to the delivery person & ask for the refund & get the bill adjusted.
2. On finding any wrong or damaged product after delivery call our helpline numbers within 2 working day from the receipt of the delivery. We will change/arrange refund for your order.
*Any products purchased from us can be exchanged on producing original invoice copy within 2 working days from the date of receipt by contacting our help line numbers.
*Discounted items can not be exchanged. Hence please check the products at the time of receiving the delivery.
*Branded packaged products can not be exchanged with damaged packaging.
